As a senior relationship manager, I cultivated some of the bank’s most significant and enduring relationships with Fortune 50 companies. In 2023, I became the bank’s first female Vice Chair, where I also focused on coaching talent to enhance retention and foster personal fulfillment. My leadership experience spans building and leading high-performing teams and consistently delivering measurable results for individuals and organizations. Over the past decade, I have mentored professionals at all stages—from new graduates to Managing Directors—helping them navigate the complexities of the finance world with confidence and resilience.
However, my confidence wasn’t always innate. Despite years of success, I grappled with negative self-talk and self-doubt, constantly questioning my actions and fearing that others would see through my accomplishments. This personal journey toward mastering self-confidence has been transformative, fueling my passion for coaching. Now, I leverage my experience to help others develop the skills needed to silence doubt, trust their abilities, and lead with authentic confidence in even the most demanding environments.
